Watermark & page numbering

How to add a stamp/watermark and continuous page numbers to the merged document.

Adding a watermark / stamp

A watermark is handy for marking "Copy", your firm name, "Draft", or "True copy of the original".

  1. In the editing screen, open the watermark settings.
  2. Enter the text, and choose position (center/corner), opacity, and angle.
  3. The watermark is applied to every page of the merged file.

Page numbering

Numbering is continuous across the whole document — including exhibits — as filings require.

  1. Enable page numbering in the document settings.
  2. Choose the position (top/bottom, left/center/right) and a prefix if needed (e.g. "p. ").
  3. Numbering continues seamlessly even as exhibits in different formats are added.
Note: The watermark and page numbers are applied only to the final file — your source files are never changed.
