Watermark & page numbering
How to add a stamp/watermark and continuous page numbers to the merged document.
Adding a watermark / stamp
A watermark is handy for marking "Copy", your firm name, "Draft", or "True copy of the original".
- In the editing screen, open the watermark settings.
- Enter the text, and choose position (center/corner), opacity, and angle.
- The watermark is applied to every page of the merged file.
Page numbering
Numbering is continuous across the whole document — including exhibits — as filings require.
- Enable page numbering in the document settings.
- Choose the position (top/bottom, left/center/right) and a prefix if needed (e.g. "p. ").
- Numbering continues seamlessly even as exhibits in different formats are added.
Note: The watermark and page numbers are applied only to the final file — your source files are never changed.
